Vanpro expects from suppliers to demonstrate their commitment to create a sustainable future for their employees, customers and communities, as provide best in-class quality and service, and consistently deliver on commitments. Key to this commitment is the implementation of appropriate Quality, and Environmental and Health and Safety management standards.

The most relevant suppliers are regularly evaluated in terms of performance, namely cost, quality and service. Suppliers that do not meet expectations are excluded from Vanpro's supplier panel.

The following are minimum expectations for our suppliers:
Indirect Material/ Services Suppliers :
   •  Quality Management System (ISO 9001)
   •  Environmental Management System (ISO 14001)

Facilities
Building/janitorial services, building maintenance, construction or renovation, facility management, furniture, air conditioning, waste management.

Professional Services
Packaging, consulting, training, recruiting, risk management, security, temporary staffing, catering and vending machine, fuel, office supplies, gardening, uniforms, PPE.

Technology
Accessories, hardware, print solutions, software, telecommunications services and equipment, consulting.

Transportation
Ocean freight, ground transportation, rail.

Suppliers must show financial stability and demonstrate ethical business conduct.
