On the VANPRO website, and in the case of using the SupplyWEB application, VANPRO collects data on suppliers and customers and details of some contacts of the employees of these entities. We collect data such as name, email, company name, position and telephone number.

5. For what purposes does VANPRO collect personal data?

The data collected is intended for processing, sending information about orders and purchase orders, notifications, whose detailed information will always be provided to you upon collection, only if the SupplyWEB application is used.

VANPRO does not disclose any personal data to third parties without the consent of the holder, except:

When dealing with companies of the Adient or Faurecia group;

When this is necessary for VANPRO's suppliers or business partners to be able to provide a product or service or perform a function on behalf of VANPRO that you have previously requested from us;

VANPRO stores your personal data in its datacenter located in Portugal. VANPRO does not transfer information to a country outside the jurisdiction of the European Union, which has not been formally designated by the European Commission as having adequate levels of information protection.

VANPRO has implemented all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk.
